Sauvignon:
Tasaki's Tasting Notes:
- Color – Still youthful. Purplish, deep garnet
- Nose – Explosive black cherry and Blackberry
compote. Liquor, white brandy-like. Complex, mature
Cabernet. Black pepper + vanilla oak. Well-balanced
but still evolving.
- Taste – Initial impression: Smooth but then
it opens up with good volume of rich tannins and acids.
Well-balanced & it is still balanced after tasting.
Good finish.
- Recommended accompanying meals – red meat,
boar with a red wine sauce, and pork.”
